I am a Certified Natural Health Professional, graduated from Trinity, and have been practicing Trauma Work, Energy Work, and other Naturopathic techniques for 16 years, six of those under Dr. Mujtaba Zahoor in Troy, MI, where I learned many of the methods I use today. I have studied a wide variety of Holistic techniques, including Auryveda, TCM, Homeopathy, TBM, ESM, and EFT, Iridology, and many others.

I work with my clients on a physical and energetic level, utilizing meridian points and bodywork in combination with modalites like Homeopathy and Bach Flowers to restore wellness to areas of the body in need, while also finding the blocks in the regulatory pathways blocking the healing process. Many clients feel that the areas I focus on are often overlooked and have felt frustrated. What they often find is that help in those areas brings wellness to the whole body.
